Many of the Haciendas date back to the 16th century, but today, in Ecuador's haciendas, modern technology lives side by side in harmony with traditional organic farming techniques.

Itinerary:

Day 01: Quito
Arrival to Quito. Assistance and transfer from the airport to your hotel in Quito. Dinner at the hotel.(D)
Day 02: Otavalo Indian Market & Hacienda Pinsaqui
Breakfast. Visit Otavalo, with its famous Indian market. Continue along the valleys of Guayllabamba and Cayambe, with their dairy farms and rose plantations. After lunch visit towns specialising in leather goods, woodcarvings and textiles. Overnight at Hacienda Pinsaqui.(B,L,D)
Day 03: Hacienda La Compania / Hacienda La Cienega
Breakfast at Hacienda Pinsaqui and proceed to Hacienda La Compania for lunch. Continue to Hacienda La Cienega for overnight.(B,L,D)
Day 04: Cotopaxi National Park
After breakfast, full day visit the Cotopaxi National Park. Overnight at Hacienda La Cienega.(B,L,D)
Day 05: Indian Market & Hacienda Hualilagua de Jijon
Breakfast. Visit of a local indian market. Lunch will be served at Hacienda Hualilagua. Return to Quito in the afternoon. Dinner and accommodations at your hotel.(B,L,D)
Day 06: Depart Quito
Transfer to the airport for departure.(B)
