You will be able to visit the beautiful old part of Havana, as well as the city's museums and nearby beaches, and enjoy a variety of live musical performances. Later during the tour you will explore the charming town of Trinidad, where you'll also have the chance to practice your new salsa moves!

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Havana
Arrival and transfer from airport Havana to Apart-hotel Montehabana for overnight accommodation in Havana.

Day 2: Habana Vieja
After breakfast, your first Salsa lesson begins at 10:00 am. You will be introduced to this intoxicating Latin dance by a professional Cuban dance partner, and your qualified teacher, over the next couple of weeks. Afterwards, we leave for a guided tour around Havana, and we will visit the beautiful old part of the city or “La Habana Vieja”. Also, we stop for lunch in a typical Cuban restaurant in the city.

In the evening we suggest you walk around Calle Obispo (street) and enjoy many live music shows playing different rhythms of Cuba.Overnight at Aparthotel Montehabana. (B,L)

Day 3: Casa del Tango
Once ready from your Salsa lessons, we go for a visit to Casa del Tango, where we will be introduced to new dance moves and styles, especially Tango. Afterwards we go for some museum sightseeing in the city centre before returning to our hotel. Rest of the evening is at your leisure. (B)

Day 4: Playas del Este
After a 90 minute Salsa lesson in the morning, we leave for the east part of Havana, and after some 20min trip, we reach tropical beaches located in this area. You can relax and swim in the crystal-clear waters for the rest of the day. The evening is again at leisure. (B)

Day 5: Cabaret Parisien
Today we start at 10:00 am with the hot Salsa lesson. Use the rest of the morning and afternoon exploring Cuba on your own, or just relaxing at the hotel’s pool. In the evening we group and leave for a live musical show Cabaret Parisien, with its variety of musical performances at the hotel Nacional. (B)

Day 6: Casa de la Musica
After learning new moves and steps during 90 minutes of intensive Salsa lessons, you get a chance to show what you have learnt at Casa de la Musica, all to the beats of the live Cuban music. (B)

Day 7: Patio de la Rumba
The morning is free. In the afternoon, we will visit the Patio de la Rumba, the centre of the Conjunto Folklorico Nacional – a folkloristic national dance organization. Here, you will be treated to a special live show: Afro-Cuban music. The evening is at leisure, once we return to the hotel. (B)

Day 8: Trinidad
Today we travel to Trinidad. This city was founded in 1514 by Diego Velázquez and has been declared a UNESCO world heritage site. On the way to Trinidad, we stop for lunch in another charming city of Cuba, Cienfuegos. In Trinidad you will have a transfer to your hotel Las Cuevas. (B,L,D)

Day 9: Casa de la Trova
Today we go on a guided city tour of Trinidad. At some point during our tour, we shall reach Casa de la Trova, where we get to practice our Salsa dance moves once again. This house has a special ambience making it all more enjoyable to shake our hips to this passionate music. We return to the hotel in time for dinner, and stay overnight in Hotel Las Cuevas. (B,D)

Day 10: Free Day
At leisure. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel. (B,D)

Day 11: Free Day
At leisure. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.(B,D)

Day 12: Return to Havana
Today we return to Havana, and stay overnight in the Aparthotel Montehabana. (B)

Day 13: Farewell to Cuba
Today is the last day of your Salsa course. Sometime in the evening, we join together for a small farewell party organised to celebrate our holiday in Cuba once again. (B,D)

Day 14: Departure
Transfer to airport in time for your flight home. (B)
